To recover my Gmail account that I had punched my stadia with

I'm trying to gain access to the Gmail that I made my purchase with Google stadia with I do not have access to that email no more I might have access to the recovery account today Gmail but I'm not completely sure I really would need help getting into that account or maybe switching you know combining accounts.

Yep, same ole story here. Been busy, tornados, wife had baby (have you seen her?) , outsourcing to Philippines, etc. What a jack. He claimed to be a professional coder/developer. But he didn't know anything about web development. Not even sure if he's in business any longer. Same template he sends out to interested customers. Blah blah blah. Now he is doing something called "The Social Hat". Stay away!!!! He's just a crook that couldn't make it in the real world. Worthless, useless, pathetic... Talk is cheap now a days Michael. Can you do anything? I've even tried emailing, calling, facebook message, no response. Once he get's your money, you're done.

MICHAEL ALLTON AND STADIA STUDIOS CONTINUE TO RIPP PEOPLE OFF

I am not sure who wrote the reviews but I can assure you Michael Allton and Stadia Studios is nothing more than a PONZI SCHEME, he took our money in advance to build a web site, strung us along with excuses like moving, family emergencies and so on. When we pressed him for something to look at he showed us a non functioning site. After several month's he stopped returning calls and e-mails. When the deadlines he gave to finish the project came and went his final e-mail was the following: I really love it when I'm working late for a client and they send me sarcastic emails. You've had it with me and now I've had it with you. I'll work on a refund for you and wash my hands of the whole thing. Good night. You guessed it....no refund. I guess he has a great marketing platform, charge very little for service he never intends to deliver on, take enough consumers money to string along others until it is the consumers fault his work does not get done. Conclusion.....TWO THUMBS DOWN FOR MICHAEL ALLTON AND STADIA STUDIOS!

Stadia Studio and Michael Allton - Take Money and Run

Micheal Allton of Stadia Studios seems professional at first. We hired them to make our website in Drupal... but then months went by past the project milestones and final deadline of the site creation, and he kept delaying, showing us nothing. Finally we were tired of delays and asked for a refund. He said he couldn't give us a refund because he'd spent the funds on his own personal stuff and can't pay us money he doesn't have. His Better Business Bureau report is an F standing. Once he had our money, he delayed and delayed until we couldn't do a credit card chargeback, then his tune changed and he became blatantly rude. I wish I'd read all the scam reports about him before hiring him. He clearly just gets people to pay for services he makes excuses for never delivering.

Stadia Studio Web Developers Ripped Us Off

Stadia Studio, lead by Michael Allton ripped us off. They are web developers we hired to re-do our website in Drupal. They agreed to show us a working shell of the site within 2 weeks. They kept delaying the work. In fact, they delayed it for 12 weeks and refused to give us a refund. We paid them $1700 at the date of the agreement signing, and agreed that the work should be done in about 5 weeks. We kept on waiting for the deliverables. They did NOT honor the contract. It seems that contracts mean nothing to them. We waited for 12 weeks, yet no work has been done on their part until they became very rude to us and we decided to call the deal off. They still refuse to refund us, despite it being clear that they have done no work. Michael Allton also said that he can't afford to refund us or pay his programmers because he "already spent the money".

Stadia Studio Screwed Me Out of $600

I am currently suing Michael Allton of Stadia Studio, LLC for breach of contract. I hired Michael to build a website for me and gave him a $600 deposit. He informed me that expected time to completion would be about 3 weeks. Several weeks later, with no work having been completed, I inquired about the delay and he told me that he had been having trouble figuring out how to do it. Over the next 5 months, no work was ever shown to me despite my continued inquiries into how the project was progressing and Michael's promises that he would have something to show me very soon. I finally pulled the plug on the project. He eventually admitted that the delay was his fault and offered a $250 refund which has yet to materialize after 18 months. So I recently filed suit against him. I have proof of everything I am claiming in the form of every communication that I had with Michael. Anything he denies or disputes about this is simply not true. I have never posted a negative review of a business before and I hate doing this. But consumers need to be protected. In my dealings with Allton I experienced not a shred of integrity on his part. He followed through on absolutely nothing of what he promised. Not one single thing. Not to mention that he possesses a complete lack of business sense, as this review will undoubtedly cost him in lost business a large multiple of the money he screwed me out of. I don't expect him to show up in court because he knows he will lose. He is married to financial trouble as well. If you look up his wife she has all sorts of credit card debt that has become court cases in themselves.

We have also been taken by Michael Alton and Stadia Studio, we paid him over $1,300 for a web site he never delivered. He came up with excuse after excuse why he was delayed and even had a sob story about his daughter.

In the end he just turned out to be a scam artist, the Better Business Bureau just released a press release regarding Michael Alton and his horrible business practices. He is not even robbing Peter to pay Paul, he is robbing everyone to better simply better his own finances.

I am just now reading this even though you posted back in March. Has there been any resolution to your complaints against Stadia Studios?

The reason I ask is because I am experiencing nearly the exact same scenario as you have with Stadia. I am shocked about all the complaints I've found against them with just a simple google search.

Ripped me of for $1575! Haven't seen a penny yet.

Stay Away! Michael Allton and Stadia Studio LLC ripped me off for $1,575! Also have a rating of "F" with the Better Business Bureau (didn't find that out until after I figured out I was being taken). Paid for a website, got absolutely nothing in the end but a bunch of excuses. Seemed like a great company at first. Made a lot of promises then all of a sudden they weren't experienced enough to program my website. Recently had a judge rule in my favor for $1575 but no attempts from Stadia Studio to pay and I'm sure I won't get anything, and of course nobody from Stadia Studio showed up in court because they knew they would lose and they know they are crooks. Thanks again Michael.

Does anybody else find it odd that 3 different users have commented on this post within the same hour and it has been over a year since the last time anybody else did? "Ethical", "St Louis Attorney", and "Abiznessman" are all none other than Michael J. Allton.

Did any of the money that you stole end up in your church's collection basket? How about the countless other victims you have poached from? Right around the same time Michael Allton and Eva Tam stole thousands of dollars from customers they were having a lavish wedding, sporting a Mercedes, and taking trips to Europe. Sure sounds like a devoted christian to me!

Only the most twisted criminal would have the nerve to write reviews online about himself being a devoted "Christian". Barf. You are sick.

I have done business with Mike Alton for years and he has always gone the extra mile for both my husband's business along with mine. Mike is very knowledgeable and an expert in his field.

Maybe, you were just not a good fit or impossible to work with. I get a prompt response the same day I contact him. I have nothing but good things to say about Mike, his integrity and work ethic! Some people expect the impossible at low a very low cost.

Mike's rates are very fair and he is worth every penny.

It also helps if you do your share of the work to make the process successful.

The BBB issued a warning on April, 17, 2012 to consumers about Michael Alton and Stadia Studio. I contacted the BBB and was informed that they have notified the FTC, the FBI, the Missouri general attorney's office and will be discussing it with the Consumer Fraud Task Force at an upcoming meeting.

Next stop for Michael Alton = prison.

Woohooo! Congratulations Mike, you've earned it!!!!!!!

Stadia Studio received my payment did not finish the project

I contracted with Stadia Studio to build a website. I sent them the specs. They sent me a contract. I signed the contract and sent the first two of three payments. We began in December 2010. By February 2011, I had received only two PDF files of proposed pages. Phone calls were never returned. Emails were responded to only sporadically. Delays were explained by occurrences of illness, holidays, and relocation. My more persistent and insistent emails were responded to with accusations of "unprofessional-ism" and indignance. My more mildly worded emails were responded to my attempt to be apologetic for my unprofessionalism. My final emails requesting a refund were responded to by referring to the contract and that the refund would be prorated based on work done. I has now been six months and I have received no website, no indication of progress on the site, and no refund. I found the owner of this business to be very difficult to work with.
